  Planning Form: Coordinate every specific detail of your event, from location and times to first dances and bridal party introductions. It's a totally modifiable set of forms for weddings, parties, and special events.

You can even save your event planner for continued progress. Upon completion, the event details are electronically submitted directly to the DJ. Helps you to save paper and increase efficiency.

 

  Event Timeline: This system will allows you to coordinate with you and the other vendors the precise sequence of activities to take place during their special event. When we say this is completely modifiable, we mean it! Timelines are savable for ongoing progress.
